Refund & Replacement

In case you receive a damaged, defective product that does not comply with your order, please get in touch with our customer support via email, or by filling the contact us form on our website within 24 hours of receipt of the order, in case of failure to do so; under Brahmansh Foods reserves the right to cancel the refund or replacement request.

Once under Brahmansh Foods is notified by the customer, it will investigate the complaint, and if found true, we will initiate a replacement or refund. In case you are required to send the order back, please follow the below-mentioned conditions.

  • The product should be unused.

  • The product should be returned in the same packaging.

  • You are required to send the product within one day of the return request from with an invoice, and price tag if any.

  • If required apply more packaging to protect the product from further damage.
