1. Don't Skip Lunch:
Some people only eat breakfast and skip meals and it’s a bad habit. It is advised to eat more often to avoid an empty stomach. Empty stomach forces you to overeat at your next meal which is bad for good health. Rather than skipping meals, eat healthy food for good health in small portions spaced 2 to 4 hours apart.
2. Eat some Carbohydrate:
Not all carbohydrates are bad as shown to you through various media. There is some simple carbohydrate you should restrict beyond certain limits, such as sugar, white bread, white rice, and white pasta. For good health, in place of refined simple carbohydrates go for complex carbohydrates which are present in vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
3. Drink More Water :
Water is the best medicine for good health so you must drink it and lots of it. Mineral and seltzer are good choices. Fluids not only thirst your quench it also supports appetite. Juices can be good choices but it adds calories minus fiber. Tea and coffee too are good choices but to a limit.
4. Don't remain Hungry:
Anything more than necessary is dangerous. We advised you to have small portions of high-calorie food once in while so you don’t get frustrated. Remember that too much fasting can be harmful to your health. Weight loss due to fasting does not last long once you start eating.
5. Try Bulky Foods:
